The Lady Be Good Tragedy On Apr. 4, 1943, 25 B-24s took off from Soluch, Libya, on a bombing mission against Naples, Italy. All returned safely except the Lady Be Good. It was found nearly 16 years later in the Libyan Desert. This story tells of the search for the crew of this ill-fated plane.
